24 Nov '07 1:24 am Hi all,
I am looking for organic products that are rich in beta-carotene and also I want to know organic food recipes, non-toxic living tips and more organic tips and tricks. Please suggest me if you have any. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Organics
24 Nov '07 2:41 am Well John, you asked quite a lot, without providing much insight into your personal situation. When you ask about "organic products high in beta carotine" are you asking about foods, food supplements or other "products"? There are many foods rich in beta carotine, i.e. any food with naturally orange coloring, and they can be either organically grown (meaning grown without the addition of chemical insecticides or fertilizers) or grown using normal mass food production techniques. All recipes can be used with organically produced foods. As for "green living" tips, those abound in all sorts of places. Simply put, green living is learning to use less petroleum based products (such as plastics and fuel oils/gasoline), less water, less paper, etc.); also trying to re-use and recycle as many products as possible to lessen the amount of material going into landfills and garbage dumps.
Do you garden and/or recycle at present? If so, what methods do you currently use? This may give others some ideas of suggestons to make.

The Principles of Organic Gardening
3 Dec '07 7:29 pm There are many reasons why you should learn organic gardening principles. Maybe you want to start a garden, but you don’t want to make a big impact on the environment. Maybe you want to change your current garden for the better. You can even put some delicious, organic fruits and vegetables on your table. No matter what your motivations are, you should always consider certain things when building a garden.
The goal of your organic garden should be to put out as much produce while using as little outside resources as possible. According to organic principles, this means that you should not buy any nutrients, fertilizers, or pesticides from the store. It’s even better to avoid using water from your hose, and instead gather rain water. Instead, you should try to use your resources as best you can to create a healthy crop. It’s a bigger challenge, but it’s worth it in the end.
